Obviously Steam isn't picking up the copy of Fable 3 from the 'Non-steam-game' shortcut. But nothing happened, i.e, No mod was installed when I ran the game. These are used for spawning friendly and enemy bots, respectively. Opened up workshop and subscribed to a mod, then opened the game. Simply add this mod to your save and you'll gain access to the RoboFactory and Bot Spawner blocks.
